Dora Toderas is a Romanian consultant solicitor at Wildcat Law as shown in the Legal 500 and has particular expertise in cross-border family, contract, litigation and immigration matters.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca in 2013 and subsequently attended master courses in civil law at the same faculty.
She was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2014, and from 2016, she practised as a lawyer at the Cluj Bar, gaining extensive experience in family law and litigation.
Dora ran her own law office in Cluj-Napoca while simultaneously working as a lawyer at the Legal Resources Centre in Bucharest and at the Faculty of Social Work and Sociology at Babeș-Bolyai University.
She participated in conferences and TV broadcasts, wrote articles and contributed to recommendations for changes in practice, public policy and legislation, particularly in the area of access to justice for vulnerable groups, orphans and people with intellectual disabilities in state care, resulting in her work being published and featured in the media.
Dora relocated to the UK in 2019 and, after successfully completing the SRA's Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme examinations, qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2022 and has since assisted and represented British, Romanian and other international clients in a variety of legal matters.
